Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
We do not have a minimum order quantity.
Can I customise my own goodie bags, or only choose pre-made sets?
You can choose our pre-made sets, or customize your own goodie bags! We offer a variety of pre-made goodie bag sets curated by budget and age to save you time and hassle. Of course, if you want to mix and match yourself, you absolutely can! Head over to the "Build Your Own Goodie Bag" section to select your items, packaging styles, and even customize the stickers/tags.
How do I customize my own goodie bag?
Here is how to customize your goodie bags:
1. Select your preferred packaging.
2. Pick the items you want to include in the goodie bag from our stationery, toys, games, crafts, and books.
3. If you need a handwritten card, please leave your message in the "Card Message" section.
4. Choose your desired delivery date. If you have any other custom requests, please specify them in the remarks.
5. Select the quantity of goodie bags you need.
6. Proceed to checkout! We will automatically pack all the items into the packaging for you and ship them out before your specified date.
🎁Important Notes:
❗ If you select paper bag packaging, the items will not be pre-packed to prevent damage during transit. We will ship the items and bags separately for you to assemble yourself.

Can I place bulk orders for corporate events or parties?

How many days in advance should I place my order?
We recommend placing your order at least 2 weeks in advance—the earlier, the better. However, we also accept urgent orders and provide expedited services. At checkout, you can select different delivery methods to meet your timeline needs.
How much is the shipping fee? Is there a self-pickup option?
Orders within Singapore over $60 enjoy free shipping (standard doorstep delivery). For orders under $60, there is a flat shipping rate of $6.95. You can also opt for free self-pickup at: 10 Jln Kilang Timor Storefriendly, 10 Jln Kilang Timor, 159306.
If you need an expedited service, you can choose self-pickup or express delivery (additional charges apply). For self-pickup or urgent requests, please consult us via WhatsApp at +65 93536818.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within Singapore.
