The couple wanted their wedding favors to feel natural, relaxed, and personal rather than overly formal or traditionally luxurious.
They hoped the favors would:
- reflect their everyday personality and lifestyle
- feel warm and approachable to guests
- carry a soft woodland-inspired atmosphere
Approach
The design used natural kraft paper as the foundation, combined with suede-style cords, cotton flowers, bunny tail grass, and dried botanicals to create layered natural textures.
A custom illustrated card featuring the couple and their pets became the emotional centerpiece, turning the favor into something more personal and memorable.
Inside, the box was densely filled with snacks, candies, wedding tea, and small gifts without complicated dividers, creating a casual sense of abundance.
One of the most memorable details was the cat-shaped comb, which subtly echoed the pets shown in the illustration and tied the entire story together.
