How much notice is needed for custom orders?
A minimum 2-week production lead time is required for custom orders. Orders placed less than 2 weeks before delivery will be regarded as rush orders and incur rush charges.
Your schedule will be officially confirmed in our design and production calendar once the retainer agreement is signed. We can start design work after you finalize details and confirm guest numbers. Please place orders at least 4 weeks in advance, including 2 weeks for design confirmation, 1 week for air freight and 1 week for packaging and delivery.
Our schedule fills up quickly. We recommend booking early once you decide on custom welcome gifts. We accept a limited number of rush orders monthly. Feel free to contact us if less than 3 weeks remain, and we will try our best to meet your timeline.
Do you offer gift assembly?
Yes! We are a full-service gifting company and deliver/ship all projects fully assembled.
When do I have to provide my final gift count?
We require your final gift count at the time of project payment. This generally occurs about3-4 weeks prior to your event depending on the level of customization involved in the giftdesign. If you do not have all of your RSVPs in at that time don't worry! We are always happyto help estimate gift quantities!
Can you custom design welcome letters to go inside my gifts?
Absolutely! We love when couples include welcome letters irn their gifts and we would bemore than happy to include them in your proposal. Typically the type of informationincluded is the following: a sincere welcome message from thehost/hostess.transportation information, full itinerary addresses of each event, who to contact in case ofan emergency, and a map. If you are still stuck and need ideas, we're hajppy to providesamples of past welcome letters we have created for our clients over the last several years.
Can you include my monogram on the gift packaging and contentsinside?
Yes, absolutely! We are able to incorporate your monogram aand/or any other patternsassociated with your wedding on gift bags and boxes as well gift contents.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
